January 14-February 5, 2017 -- The 60th anniversary of the Africa Cup of Nations, organised by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), will be hosted in Gabon. The winner of the tournament will earn the right to compete for the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup, which is to be hosted by Russia. Gabon will open the tournament against Guinea-Bissau in Libreville, whilst defending champions Côte d'Ivoire begin their campaign against Togo in Oyem.
